Conference costs
Every conference involves real organisational costs – venue hire, speaker invitations, translation, technical support, catering, and the preparation of the entire event. We try to do as much as possible without additional costs, but not everything can be organised solely through the work of volunteers, which is why we have introduced a conference fee to cover some of the necessary expenses.

A payment made without completing the registration form first does not constitute registration for the conference.

Conference venue
We have prepared two location options to ensure comfortable conditions for all participants. The final conference venue will be confirmed after the registration period closes and will depend on the number of sign-ups. We will inform all participants via email and will publish the information on our website and social media.
